It ain't coming, people. Microsoft has just now released the first refresh of their new OS that's in development. Windows 10 build 9860 is out for people to download.
However, the software titan has a set for new builds.
Meaning, you may have go through the Windows Update option to grab the new variant. Though, then prepare to be disappointed, in the event that you're expecting ISOs to float across the net. Microsoft now has no plans for releasing ISOs for this variation.
Gabriel Aul, the head of the Windows Insider application made it, when asked:

So essentially, no ISO download should you'd like to do a fresh, clean install.
Which some might, remembering the fact that the download performance from Windows Update is not actually ideal in some regions of the earth -- download times are being reported by individuals up to an hour or more in some situations.
It does make sense from Microsoft's perspective, when you consider it.
The very function of the Windows Insider application is to test the new features and supply feedback. And the ideal way to do that is to make users go through official channels.
If you definitely want direct downloads, you then can grab the .ESD files from official Microsoft servers, and after that manually convert them into either DVD ISO or WIM formats. Useful for the ones that want to do updates that are offline, or deploy this new build on multiple machines.
9860 ESD is built by Windows 10 download:,.
