The Windows 10 Consumer Preview seems set to be the real deal. On compiling that one on track for a launch early next year, Microsoft is working attentively.
But while January will, hopefully, provide us a look at that version of the OS, details continue to leak out. Details that shed a little light on a few of the attributes which are anticipated to be part of this second preview version of the forthcoming operating system.
We already of Cortana sound files in the current constructs, though they are not too useable right now.
And today another image of the digital voice assistant service has been , affirming that Microsoft is permitting a set group of examiners to use this feature in preview form.
This picture is really the first screenshot revealing the Cortana icon in the taskbar.
The second one from the left -- right following the Windows Start Menu icon.
And in case you're wondering, this specific user has the high-contrast theme which can be the reason the taskbar looks absolutely different than in the other builds of Windows 10. Nothing is new here, anticipate for the icon.
But this is another verification that Cortana will take the center stage in Windows from now on.
