Microsoft will not be releasing them. The year is winding down to a close, things are slowing down, and also precisely the same may be said of Windows 10. Development in the forthcoming OS is decelerating.

Redmond a new Windows 10 Technical Preview, the next iteration of the evaluation variation, as construct 9879 a few days past. Along with the business also shared a few more details about the upgrade cycle of the recent operating system.
According to the applications titan, this is the final variant of the OS which is going to be released this season.
December is not going to bring any more changes for those who have are on the Windows Insider Program, early next year, and although Microsoft hasn't mentioned any specific reason for this, the business has assured a huge pack of advancements.
As on the official Windows website:
This is going to be the last new build of the year as we'll be using some time over christmas to keep making refinements both to the item and to our engineering system that we're using to bring it to you.
Keep sending us feedback, and we'll keep working to build Windows 10 into something you will love. We'll have something new to share with you early in 2015, and do not forget to check out Insider Hub to remain in touch."
Seems about fair.
This latest preview build does iron out a lot of dilemmas in the previous ones and the reported bugs, and these additional few weeks will supply Microsoft with enough time to execute a number of the options that are bigger and refine the ones already available.
